Once you visit our website, the customer hereby grants Jaided AI the right to collect your personal data provided by you for the purpose of processing the request and improving our services.

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make subscriptions to our service. All payment data is stored by “PayPal”. You may find their privacy notice from their website.

We may provide you the registered option using your existing social media accounts, like your Google, Facebook, Twitter or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We only share and disclose your information with the following third parties.

  • Paypal
  • Google Analytics

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

2. Marketing

Jaided AI gives users the option to use some of our free Services. These free Services are made possible by the fact that some users upgrade to one of our paid Services. If you register for our Services, we will, from time to time, send you information about upgrades when permissible.

Customer hereby grants Jaided AI the right to identify Customer as a Jaided AI Customer, and use Customer's name, mark and/or logo on Jaided AI's website and/or in Jaided AI's marketing materials in connection with the Customer's use of the Service.

3. Storage period

The period for which the personal data will be stored is determined by the relevant consideration. If data is required for the fulfilment of a contract or contract initiation, or if we have a legitimate interest in further storage, the data will be deleted if they are no longer required for these purposes or if you make use of your right of withdrawal or objection.

4. Subject to change the policy

We reserve the right to adapt or update this privacy policy, if necessary. In this way, we can take account of changes to our services, e.g. the introduction of new services.

5. Security

All of our services run in the cloud and data are hosted in Google Cloud Platform and protected by Google Cloud Platform security, as described here.
